Yes, you can get the morning after pill in Malta without your parents' consent.

The law in Malta sets the age of sexual consent at 16 years. The law also deems most people from the age of 16 years onwards to be able to consent to medical treatment without needing parental or guardian consent.

We have also confirmed with the Malta Medicines Authority that there is no reason why 16 and 17 year olds should not be provided with morning after pills.

If, for any reason, you have difficulty buying morning-after pills, contact FPAS and our volunteers will be able to guide you further.
