I have a medical condition. Can I use a morning after pill?

In almost all cases, yes you can still use a morning after pill. Morning after pills are very safe medicines and they can even be used by women who cannot normally use hormonal contraception for health reasons.
 
There are no medical conditions that contraindicate the use of Levonorgestrel-based morning after pills (Levonelle or Escapelle).
 
For ellaOne, the manufacturer does not recommend its use when there is an allergy to any of the components of the drug, in people who have severe asthma that is treated with oral steroid tablets (such as prednisolone), or in people who have certain rare hereditary problems with lactose metabolism.
